Taieb Ketari

Strategic direction

Taieb Ketari is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Céramique Industrielle (ENSCI) in Limoges. He brought recognised expertise as a member of the executive committee of Poulina Group Holding (PGH), where he served as Managing Director of the Materials division.

His career has been marked by a deep commitment to industrial development in Tunisia, as demonstrated by his active participation in the executive board of the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA).

Within EL HANA Group, Mr Taieb Ketari plays a leading strategic role, helping to define the group’s broad direction and to support its sustainable growth.

His close collaboration over more than 30 years with the late Mr Abdelwaheb Ben Ayed, founder and chairman of the Poulina Group, instilled in him a demanding entrepreneurial vision, a spirit of rigour and a deep drive for development that continue to inspire his work within EL HANA Group.

Hedi Ketari

Executive committee

Hedi Ketari is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), two of the most prestigious universities in the world.

With more than eight years of experience designing and deploying information systems for leading technology companies such as Revolut, GoPuff, Argent and Tilt, he combines technical expertise with strategic vision.

He now sits on the executive committee of EL HANA Group, where he actively contributes to defining strategic direction and overseeing the group’s transformation initiatives.

Aziz Ketari

Executive committee

Aziz Ketari is a graduate of Columbia University and the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). An engineer by training, he has solid experience in the technology sector, specialising in the development of SaaS products and marketplace platforms.

His deep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), combined with a sharp sense of product innovation, brings a strategic perspective to the leadership of EL HANA Group. He plays a key role in integrating advanced technology solutions in service of the group’s transformation and growth.

Nada Gharsalli

Head of Finance and Administration

Since 2022, Ms Nada Gharsalli has held the position of Head of Finance and Administration within EL HANA Group. In this role she oversees overall financial management, the structuring and negotiation of financing, banking relationships, capital markets operations and administrative functions. She plays a central role in defining the group’s financial strategy and in optimising its resources and investments.

Before joining EL HANA, Nada Gharsalli built solid experience at POULINA GROUP HOLDING, where she spent eight years in key positions, notably as Financing Manager, Financial Analyst and then Head of Capital Markets Operations.

Sana Bacha

Head of Agricultural Operations

An agricultural engineer by training, Ms Sana Bacha followed a demanding academic path, beginning at the École préparatoire en biologie-géologie de la Soukra and continuing at the École Supérieure d’Agriculture de Mograne.

Since 2016, Sana Bacha has held the position of Head of Agricultural Operations within EL HANA Group. In this role she leads all technical and agronomic operations across the group’s farms, with a mandate to ensure operational excellence, sustainable farming practices and optimised yields.
